Creative sister duo Hana and Rasha Kawalit originally come from Jordan and are currently based in New York and London respectively. Sharing a visceral passion for art and design, the sisters formed mello ID out of a shared desire to help meaningful startups and SMEs build innovative and inspiring stand-out brands that thrive in the global landscape.

Our founder and creative lead, Hana Kawalit, is a Cannes Lions award-winning creative with over 10 years’ experience in the field of design. Her experience ranges from advertising to branding. During her advertising career at Leo Burnett, Hana creatively led projects with iconic international brands.
Her passion for digitally-led art and design has driven her to move from the world of advertising and start her own branding studio.
For Hana, design is another form of storytelling. Instead of seeing each piece of branding as an individual execution, she sees it as part of an identity that tells a story of who you are, what you do and the spirit of your people.

Our co-founder and brand strategy lead, Rasha Kawalit, has over 15 years’ extensive experience in branding, marketing and partnerships – having worked with leading global brands from the world of luxury to technology, helping them create strong identities, drive growth and amplify their reach.
Prior to Mello ID, Rasha was fully immersed in the world of sports and health tech, supporting best-in-class and market-disruptive start-ups shaping the way we live.
With a personal passion for F&B, wellness and music – Rasha’s diverse experience and collaborative approach bring a fresh and innovative perspective to every project.
